Luthra Partner Karan Mitroo To Join JSA Along With Team

(The Corner Office Journal) -- Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India’s Partner Karan Mitroo is set to join JSA Advocates & Solicitors along with his team of 15 attorneys.
Mitroo is joining JSA as equity partner, along with his team, including three partners, Purvi Dabbiru, Kartikeya Dubey and Ankita Parasar, JSA said in a statement.
JSA said Mitroo, who has over 17 years of experience, specializes in advisory and legal assistance in the field of foreign and domestic debt financing in India with clients ranging in various sectors, including renewable energy, roads, airports, healthcare and real estate.
He has advised clients on numerous financing transactions, including project finance, structured finance, corporate finance, restructurings, cross-border financings, debenture issuances and overseas direct investments, it added.
“We are thrilled to welcome Karan and his team to JSA. This move will greatly enhance and consolidate the firm’s existing domain and our market leading position in the BnF (banking & finance) and project finance practice,” Amit Kapur and Vivek Chandy, joint managing partners at JSA, said in the statement.
