IndoStar Capital Appoints Jayesh Jain As CFO; Vinodkumar Panicker Retires
Jain, with over 24 years of experience in the housing finance and NBFC sector, has previously worked with Gruh Finance and PNB Housing Finance
(The Corner Office Journal) -- IndoStar Capital Finance Ltd. appointed Jayesh Jain as chief financial officer of the company, effective today (3 March), following the retirement of Vinodkumar Panicker.
Panicker’s retirement is effective from the closing of business hours today, the Indian non-banking finance company (NBFC) said in a stock exchange announcement.
He, however, will continue to be engaged with IndoStar as senior advisor-finance to support the transition.
The company said Jain has over 24 years of experience in the housing finance and NBFC sector. He has previously held CFO roles at financial services companies, including Gruh Finance Ltd., PNB Housing Finance Ltd. and Hero FinCorp Ltd., it added.
“As we look to the future, we are excited to welcome Jayesh [Jain] to IndoStar and are confident that his extensive experience and strategic vision will help us continue to drive growth and deliver value to our stakeholders,” the company’s Executive Vice Chairman Randhir Singh said.
Jain is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India and holds certifications from ISACA, US on Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM), according to the statement.
