The cases related to corporate disputes at NCLT won’t be heard today due to holiday on the occasion of Guru Nanak Jayanti
(The Corner Office Journal) -- The cases related to the corporate disputes at India’s National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) won’t be heard today (15 November) due to holiday on the occasion of Guru Nanak Jayanti, the birth anniversary of the first Sikh Guru, Guru Nanak Dev.
All the tribunal benches will resume normal functioning from Monday (18 November), according to the NCLT’s 2024 calendar posted on its website.
There are 16 NCLT benches across India, including the principal bench in New Delhi.
The NCLT is a quasi-judicial authority incorporated for dealing with corporate disputes that are civil arising under the Companies Act.
