India NCLT Benches To Remain Calm Today; Hearings To Resume Monday
NLCT benches are closed today on account of Good Friday holiday, and normal functioning will resume on Monday

(The Corner Office Journal) -- The cases related to the corporate disputes at India’s National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) won’t be heard today (18 April), as all the benches are closed on account of Good Friday holiday.
All the tribunal benches will resume normal functioning on Monday (April 21), according to the NCLT’s 2025 calendar posted on its website.
There are 16 NCLT benches across India, including the principal bench in New Delhi.
The NCLT is a quasi-judicial authority incorporated to deal with civil corporate disputes arising under the Companies Act.
