IIFL Finance Appoints Rupesh Samani As Legal Head
Samani, a law graduate and company secretary from India and the UK, joins the company from JM Financial Products
(The Corner Office Journal) -- IIFL Finance Ltd. said its board appointed Rupesh Samani as legal head of the company, effective 23 January 2025.
Samani joins the company from JM Financial Products Ltd. where he worked as director - legal, company secretary and compliance officer for its products business, the Indian non-bank lender said in a stock exchange announcement.
IIFL said Samani, a law graduate and company secretary from India and the UK, has over 26 years of legal, company secretary and compliance experience.
Apart from JM Financial, Samani has also held legal roles in organizations such as A.K. Capital Finance, Altius Finserv, HSBC InvestDirect Securities, Rabo India, BNP Paribas and Axis Bank, according to the statement.
