Good Day Biscuit Maker’s CEO Rajneet Singh Kohli Resigns
Britannia, which was established in Kolkata with an investment of 295 rupees, says Rajneet Singh Kohli resigned to pursue an external opportunity
(The Corner Office Journal) -- Britannia Industries Ltd. said its Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Rajneet Singh Kohli resigned from the company to pursue an external opportunity.
The board has noted Kohli’s resignation, and he will be relieved from the services with effect from close of business hours on 14 March, the Indian food products company said in a stock exchange announcement.
Kohli was appointed as Executive Director and CEO of the company on 26 September 2022.The company didn’t provide the details about his successor.
Britannia, whose product portfolio includes biscuits brands such as Good Day, Marie Gold and Tiger, was established in Kolkata with an investment of 295 rupees, according to its website. The company’s operations span over 80 countries in the world today.
