Adani Green’s current CEO Amit Singh will step down on 31 March to take the role of CEO at Adani Group’s international energy business
(The Corner Office Journal) -- Adani Green Energy Ltd. appointed Ashish Khanna as chief executive officer of the company, effective 1 April 2025, replacing Amit Singh amid internal leadership transitions.
Khanna is currently CEO of the international energy business of Adani Group, the Indian renewable energy producer said in a stock exchange announcement.
He has over three decades of experience in areas of renewables, infrastructure, project management and contracts management in both India and abroad, it added.
Adani Green said Singh will step down from his CEO position with effect from 31 March 2025 and transition to his new role as CEO of the group’s international energy business.
Singh is an energy industry strategist and a leader in energy transition with extensive global experience with SLB, formerly Schlumberger, according to the statement.
“As Adani Group now wishes to expand its business territory to international geographies, especially where growth paradigms are formidable such as MENA (Middle East and North Africa), Amit’s leadership will further strengthen group and align group’s goals,” Adani Green said.
