Urja Global Appoints Sushil Prajapati As CFO

Renewable energy developer and operator Urja Global Limited Ltd. said its board appointed Sushil Prajapati as chief financial officer of the company, effective today.

Prajapati is a chartered accountant with an experience of more than eight years in the field of accounts and finance, Urja Global said in a stock exchange announcement.

Prajapati’s term of appointment will continue until his resignation or attaining the age of retirement, whichever is earlier, it added.

Urja Global also said the appointment of Prajapati relieves Kamal Kumar Sharma from the responsibility of CFO from today.

The company is engaged in design, consultancy, integration, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of off-grid and grid connected solar power plants, according to its website.
