Trident Chief Financial Officer Avneesh Barua Resigns

Trident Ltd. said its Chief Financial Officer Avneesh Barua resigned from the company to explore better career opportunities.

Barua’s resignation is effective from 28 November, the Indian textile fabric manufacturer said in a stock exchange announcement. It didn’t provide the details about his successor.

Trident, the flagship company of Trident Group, is a vertically integrated textile (yarn, bath & bed linen) and paper (wheat straw-based) manufacturer, according to its website.

The Ludhiana, Punjab-based company operates in three major business segments: yarn, home-textiles, paper and chemicals with its manufacturing facilities located in Punjab and Madhya Pradesh.
