Sadbhav Engineering CFO Dwigesh Joshi Quits

Sadbhav Engineering Ltd. said its Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer Dwigesh Joshi resigned today due to personal reasons and health conditions.

Joshi confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation, Sadbhav Engineering said in a stock exchange announcement. He has been relieved from his roles and responsibilities after the close of business hours on 8 April, it added.

The company said it management assigned Joshi’s responsibilities to the existing director, Jatin Thakkar.

Founded in 1988 by Vishnubhai Patel, Sadbhav Engineering is involved in the construction and development business, according to its website.
