Rane Brake Lining Appoints MAP Sridhar Kumar As CFO

Rane Brake Lining Ltd. appointed MAP Sridhar Kumar as chief financial officer of the company, effective 1 July, amid internal reorganization in Rane Group.

He will replace J. Ananth, whose term as CFO will end on 30 June, pursuant to transfer of services within Rane Group, the Indian auto components maker said in a stock exchange announcement.

The company said Kumar, a chartered accountant, has over 29 years of experience in diverse areas in accounting and financial management field.

He is associated with Rane Group since 1997 and currently serving as CFO of Rane Holdings Ltd. Previously, he has also served as CFO of Rane Brake Lining.

Kumar’s areas of expertise include strategic business planning, budgeting, cost controls, optimizing tax benefits. management information systems and treasury management, according to the statement.
