Mahindra Group Appoints Ketaki Suklikar As Legal Head For M&A

Auto-to-hospitality and finance conglomerate Mahindra Group recently appointed Ketaki Suklikar as vice president and legal head of mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Most recently, Suklikar served as general counsel for India at Mayfield Advisors (MF Advisors LLP). At the venture capital firm, she was responsible for overseeing all legal and regulatory aspects of Mayfield India operations, with a primary focus on deal structuring and execution.

Suklikar, an alumnus of Pune’s ILS Law College and also King’s College London, started her career with the law firm Wadia Ghandy & Co. in 2005.

Subsequently, she joined the impact fund Acumen Fund as legal counsel from where she moved to MF Advisors LLP in 2015.
