JSW Steel Board Names Swayam Saurabh CFO-Designate

JSW Steel Ltd. said its board appointed Swayam Saurabh as chief financial officer-designate.

Saurabh will transition into the role of CFO in due course, the steelmaker said in a stock exchange announcement.

The company said Saurabh, 45 years, is a chartered accountant and a B. Com graduate from Banaras Hindu University. He has experience of over two decades across industries and geographies, it added.

Most recently, Saurabh served as CFO of textile manufacturer Arvind Ltd., according to the statement.

Previously, he has worked in senior leadership roles at Royal Philips, Hindustan Zinc Ltd., Ola, Asian Paints Ltd. and Larsen & Toubro Ltd., it said.
