JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Appoints Narayan Saraf As CFO

J.B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. said its board appointed Narayan Saraf as chief financial officer of the company.

The appointment of Saraf, a chartered accountant and cost accountant, is effective from 23 February, the Indian pharmaceutical company said in a stock exchange announcement today.

The company said Saraf has around two decades of work experience in the field of finance, manufacturing & distribution, sales & marketing, risk management, business planning & analysis, and finance controllership & treasury.

He has previously worked with Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd., Hindustan Unilever Ltd., Cipla Ltd., 91 Streets Media Technologies Private Ltd. (PharmEasy), Thermo Fisher Scientific India Private Ltd. and Hygienic Research Institute Private Ltd., according to the statement.
