GMR Airports Reappoints MD & CEO Kiran Kumar Grandhi

GMR Airports Infrastructure Ltd. said its board approved the reappointment of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Kiran Kumar Grandhi.

Grandhi’s reappointment is for three years with effect from 28 July, the airport operator and infrastructure developer said in a stock exchange announcement.

The reappointment is subject to shareholders’ and regulatory approvals.

Grandhi, a commerce graduate, is the younger son of GMR Group founder and Chairman G.M. Rao, and has been on the company’s Board since 1999, according to its website.
