Coforge CFO Ajay Kalra Resigns; Saurabh Goel Named Successor

Indian IT services company Coforge Ltd. said its Chief Financial Officer Ajay Kalra resigned and it appointed Saurabh Goel as CFO.

Kalra, who ceases to be a key managerial personnel (KMP) of the company with effect from 4 January, resigned due to personal reasons and to pursue other opportunities, Coforge said in a stock exchange announcement.

He, however, will continue to be a full-time employee and a senior advisor to the company until 10 July 2024, it added.

Coforge said its board appointed the company’s Deputy CFO and Executive Vice President Saurabh Goel as CFO and KMP with effect from 5 January.

Goel, who joined the firm from Barclays in 2011, has an overall experience of about two decades in the finance domain, according to the statement. He has been responsible for investor relations, pricing, contracting, business finance, audit, investment programs and corporate treasury, it said.
