Bajaj Healthcare Appoints Dayashankar Patel As CFO

Bajaj Healthcare Ltd. said its board appointed Dayashankar Patel as chief financial officer of the company, effective today (6 May).

Patel, a chartered accountant, has an experience of more than 35 years in handling internal audit, statutory audit, tax audit as well as key accounts and finance functions, the Indian pharmaceutical company said in a stock exchange announcement.

Patel has successfully led and managed leading IPOs, according to the statement. Previously, he has worked with companies like Pramara Promotions and Polycab India Ltd. at various positions, it said.

Bajaj Healthcare is a bulk drug manufacturer established in 1993, serving various pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals and food industries globally, according to its website.
