Videocon Lenders To Meet On Friday

The creditors will meet at 2:30 p.m. local time

Videocon Group’s consolidated committee of creditors will meet on Friday (16 June) to discuss the corporate insolvency resolution process.

The creditors will meet at 2:30 p.m. local time via video conferencing, Videocon Industries Ltd. said in a stock exchange announcement.

They will discuss the insolvency resolution of Videocon and other 12 group companies, it added.

Videocon didn’t disclose further details.
