Endurance Technologies Appoints Rajendra Abhange As COO-Designate

Endurance Technologies Ltd. said its board appointed Rajendra Abhange as chief operating officer - designate.

Abhange will succeed COO Ramesh Gehaney after his current term expires on 5 June, the Indian auto component maker said in a stock exchange announcement.

The appointment is part of the succession plan and Abhange will join the company in the first week of April 2024, it added.

Abhange, who started his career with Roberto Bosch India in 1984, has close to four decades of experience with large corporates from automotive field. He was associated with Gabriel India Ltd. as a senior director and chief technology officer until 2021 and has also worked with Auto Ignition Ltd. as president and CEO.

Abhange has done Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Aurangabad, according to the statement.
