The cases related to the corporate disputes at India’s National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) won’t be heard today due to restricted holiday and on Monday on account of Raksha Bandhan holiday.
All the tribunal benches will be closed between 16 to 19 August, according to the NCLT’s 2024 calendar posted on its website.
The NCLT benches will resume normal functioning from August 20. There are 16 NCLT benches across India, including the principal bench in New Delhi.
The NCLT is a quasi-judicial authority incorporated for dealing with corporate disputes that are civil arising under the Companies Act.
